1. Parties & event details

This Rental Agreement is between Bloom & Wild Events (“Company”) and the customer named in the booking request (“Customer”). The confirmed event date, venue, delivery window, pickup window, rental period and customer contact details will be listed in the final order confirmation and incorporated into this Agreement.

2. Rentals & rates

The final order will itemize the quantities, selected colors or styles, and charges. Current base rates are:

• Flower wall: $350
• Arch: $350
• Flower wall + arch package: $500
• Soft play, 12ft × 15ft: $425
• Gold or White Chiavari Chairs: $5.50 per chair
• Chiavari Cushions: $1 add-on per chair
• Clear Foldable: $4 per chair
• Clear Infinity: $6 per chair
• Clear Chiavari: $6 per chair
• Kids Chiavari Chairs: $4 per chair
• Classic White Folding Chairs: $3.50 per chair
• Kid-size tables: $12 each
• 8ft Rectangle Tables: $11.50 each
• 6ft-Diameter Round Tables: $12.50 each

All prices are subject to a delivery fee. Alternative table and chair sizes may be quoted on request.

3. Deposit, balance & changes

A refundable deposit equal to 20% of the rental total is required to reserve the event date. The remaining balance is due no later than 72 hours before the event. No changes to rental items, quantities, colors, venue, timing or setup may be made within 72 hours of the event.

4. Cancellation

If the Customer cancels more than 72 hours before the event, the 20% deposit is refunded. Amounts paid beyond the deposit will be handled according to the final order and any costs already incurred by the Company. If the Customer cancels within 72 hours of the event, the deposit is forfeited; the remaining balance is not due, and any amounts paid beyond the deposit are refunded. A date is not reserved until the Company confirms the booking and receives the required deposit.

5. Delivery, setup & pickup

The Customer must provide safe, timely access to the venue and an appropriate setup area. The Company will deliver, set up and retrieve confirmed rental items during the agreed windows. The Customer may not move, dismantle, alter or allow unauthorized persons to handle installed items. Delays, stairs, restricted access, venue requirements or extra trips may result in additional charges.

6. Care, loss & damage

The Customer is responsible for rental items from delivery through pickup and must protect them from misuse, theft, staining, breakage, excessive wear and unauthorized relocation. The Customer agrees to pay the repair or replacement cost for loss or damage beyond ordinary wear. The Company may document condition at delivery and pickup.

7. Soft-play supervision & safety

Soft play requires continuous, attentive adult supervision by the Customer or a responsible adult designated by the Customer. Shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects, face paint, pets and unsafe conduct are not permitted in the play area. Children must use equipment only as intended and in age-appropriate groups. The fence and door must remain secured. The Customer is responsible for enforcing capacity, venue and safety rules and must stop use if conditions become unsafe.

8. Weather & site conditions

Outdoor setup is subject to safe weather and ground conditions. The Company may delay, relocate, modify or decline setup or require removal when rain, wind, heat, lightning, unstable ground or another condition could endanger people or property. The Customer must provide an approved indoor backup location when requested. Weather-related cancellation remains subject to the cancellation terms unless the Company agrees otherwise in writing.

9. Assumption of risk & liability waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, the Customer assumes the ordinary risks associated with the event and use of rental equipment, including soft play. The Customer releases and waives claims against the Company and its owners, employees and contractors for injury, loss or property damage arising from use, supervision, venue conditions, guest conduct or failure to follow these terms, except to the extent caused by the Company’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages. The Company’s total liability arising from a booking will not exceed the amount the Customer paid to the Company for that booking, except where a limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Indemnification

The Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its owners, employees and contractors from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages and reasonable costs arising from the event, venue, guest conduct, inadequate supervision, misuse of rental items or the Customer’s breach of this Agreement, except to the extent caused by the Company’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

12. Florida law & entire agreement

This Agreement is governed by Florida law. The confirmed order, these terms and the accepted invoice make up the parties’ agreement and replace prior discussions about the booking. A waiver or change must be in writing and accepted by both parties. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Electronic acceptance may be treated as an original to the extent permitted by law.
